Following government advice, the OUEV team are working remotely, however we are very much open and you can still get in touch to talk all things events and venues!

The best way to contact us is via email at venueenquiries@admin.ox.ac.uk , our online enquiry form and Microsoft Teams. We are able to offer call backs at a scheduled time to suit, so just let us know if you would prefer this.

We understand how important your events are and how disappointing it is to have to postpone. If you are struggling to rebook for later dates, or to find a venue, please do get in touch and we will do our very best to help.

We are taking enquiries and bookings for later in the year and beyond as normal.
