Hosting an event at an OUEV venue is an exciting and enjoyable experience, and we work closely with you, the event organisers, to bring your vision to life and ensure everything at the venue runs smoothly on the day of your event.  We offer a range of included services as part of the OUEV experience as well as optional extras to add on if you wish.

Our versatile spaces can accommodate a range of room layouts and capacity options to choose from depending on whether you prefer a more spacious or cosy atmosphere.

Over 30 charming spaces to choose from

Hire an individual room or multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to increase capacity or provide a change of scene throughout the day. You can also book a traditional Oxford quad and gardens too!

Printed materials for your event

From delegate packs and agendas to roller banners, name cards and table plans to branding for lecterns, we are able to provide a range of superb, quality printed materials for events. Everything is printed within the University Print Studio benefiting from our FSC and World Land Trust accredited supplies and reducing your need to source and courier materials to our venues.

Simply discuss your brief and requirements with your venue lead and we will work with you to finalise the artwork then arrange for your materials to be at the venue ready for your event.

Event Management

If you require event management services, we work with a selected group of local agencies that we highly recommend and have lots of experience working in our venues. Just let us know and we’ll be happy to put you in contact.

A place to stay

And lastly, a good night’s sleep is always welcome after the excitement of attending an event! If you or your guests require overnight accommodation in Oxford please contact Conference Oxford who can source University of Oxford College accommodation for you.  Alternatively, Oxford offers a variety of hotels and B&Bs suitable for all budgets.
