Hosting an event at an OUEV venue is an exciting and enjoyable experience, and we work closely with you, the event organisers, to bring your vision to life and ensure everything at the venue runs smoothly on the day of your event.  We offer a range of included services as part of the OUEV experience as well as optional extras to add on if you wish.

In-person, virtual, or a combination of both, we want to ensure you can meet in the way that’s right for you which is why we offer a range of flexible options from hourly meeting room rates through to half-day, full-day, or week-long events. We pride ourselves on our teams’ professionalism, expertise, and knowledge of our venue spaces and supporting events, and will be pleased to discuss the options available to you.


Our versatile spaces can accommodate a range of room layouts and have two capacity options to choose from depending on whether you prefer a more spacious or cosy atmosphere. Each venue has its own charm and character, offering the ability to hire an individual room or multiple spaces to increase capacity or provide a change of scene throughout the day. Two of our venues offer outdoor as well as indoor space, with gardens and a traditional Oxford quad to enjoy too!


Keeping you safe is at the heart of what we do. Our Commitment to Safe Events details the steps we have in place to provide you with the confidence to book, plan and attend events in a way that’s right for you. Our light, airy spaces are well ventilated and rigorously cleaned, while still keeping their welcoming and friendly charm.

So whether it’s a fine dining experience, a corporate meeting or conference, a private celebration, lecture, concert, festival or a team-building activity – OUEV has the space for you.

And lastly, a good night’s sleep is always welcome after the excitement of attending an event! If you or your guests require overnight accommodation in Oxford please contact Conference Oxford who can source University of Oxford College accommodation for you.  Alternatively, Oxford offers a variety of hotels and B&Bs suitable for all budgets.
