Top marks for our catering from the Sustainable Restaurant Association

From a modest start in 2010, the SRA has grown to cover a smorgasbord of 10,000 UK foodservice businesses from high end to high street. The accreditation assesses key areas including where our food is sourced from, our impact on society and how we can improve our environmental footprint by using less energy, reducing food waste and recycling. A detailed report is being produced which celebrates the good work we have done and provides a useful benchmark for further improvements. We will be formally re-assessed by the SRA every two years but plan to review our progress annually so watch this space for more details!
