A year of Customer Service Highlights

Here at Oxford University Event Venues we pride ourselves on our customer service. We hold a Customer Service Excellence accreditation and constantly strive to provide the best service to the customer we can through listening to your feedback.

Below are a few highlights from the last year and a list of some of the improvements we made based on the feedback we’ve had from you our customers…


Improvements we’ve made over the last year based on your feed back

  • An improvement to the sound system in South Schools at the Examination Schools
  • New lecterns in a number of rooms at the Examination Schools
  • More frequent toilet cleans during events at all of our venues
  • New plasma screens for rooms without a projector in the Exam Schools
  • A new sounds system in the Sheldonian Theatre
  • An improvement to the catering offer at Osler House
  • A new coat of paint and fresh look at Osler House
  • and we’re constantly improving….
