Our first COVID19-Secure events

We were thrilled to be able to host three University events during October at the Sheldonian Theatre.

Our team worked exceptionally hard to make the venue as safe as possible, putting into place all the measures as detailed in our risk assessment, Six Step Commitment to Safe Events, and ensuring we meet with AIM Secure and Good to Go standards.

We carefully planned each event with the aim of creating a great atmosphere and ensuring everyone’s safety and enjoyment. Our customers were very understanding of the new measures, and we worked closely with them throughout the planning, and on the day of, the event to ensure they felt confident and at ease.

While not quite as we are used to, it was wonderful to see the Sheldonian filled from top to floor (at a distance!) and it was a pleasure to host the events and see the measures we have put in place do what we need them to.
