Following an intensive executive training course, our client, the Said Business School, was looking to continue to inspire and create networking opportunities for a small group of 25 business people. As many of the participants were from overseas, they wanted an historic venue that would impress. They choose St Luke’s Chapel. Guests were welcomed on arrival with drinks and listened to a short historical talk followed by a delicious three-course seated dinner. This included a starter of Baby gem lettuce with feta, honey & yoghurt dressing, crisp pancetta, pine nut and panko crumb, baby gem emulsion, cucumber and mint jelly and micro herbs. A main dish of Oxford black leg chicken, wild mushroom and truffle stuffed leg, tender stems, smoked potato cream and truffle oil and a dessert of chocolate and passion fruit bavarois followed by coffee and mints.
