Vickie Dimelow has joined the team in a new role as Senior Event Venues and Marketing Manager replacing Anna, and covering for Kay.  Vickie has worked in the higher education sector since 2005, and in events since 2010.  Prior to joinig OUEV, Vickie spent 7 years with Oxford Brookes Venues so is a regular on the local events scene.

Amy King is working with the team in her role as Marketing and Communications Officer.  Amy works across the entire Strategic Facilities Management team, and in Kay’s absence is supporting Vickie with the OUEV marketing and communications work.

Claire Knowles has been promoted to a new role of Event Venues Supervisor.  Claire assists Vickie in the management of the OUEV team focussing on the day to day operations whilst also still working with our customers on a range of events.  Congratulations to Claire on her exciting new role!

Mollie Stevens has been promoted to Event Venues Coordinator.  Mollie joined the team back in 2016 as part of our apprenticeship scheme, she then moved on to become the team’s administrator, and has now moved in to the role of Coordinator.  Well done to Mollie!
