Conference venue facilities in Oxford
– great venues, memorable experiences

Located across Oxford, our five venues offer a range of large and small sized meeting spaces to hire from the contemporary to the historic. We host many different kinds of events from day meetings, large conferences, lectures & talks, exhibitions, drinks receptions, dinners and much more.

We have an experienced events management team who take great care in providing a quality service. Our event management service is Customer Service Excellence accredited and we are exceptionally proud of the fact that 98% of our customers say they would book with us again.

Early last month authors from around the world were welcomed to Oxford to take part in the Financial Times Weekend Oxford Literary Festival. Once again the Sheldonian Theatre was at the forefront of the activity playing host to 22 events and seating over 7000 audience members over the nine days.
